The Fing Studio is a collective of writers, producers, designers, coders and other creatives from all over the globe who take the best Fing Ideas and make them a reality.
Modeled after the highly effective way that film production crews swarm a complex project, then disappear like Keyser Soze, we come together to produce movies, apps, products, brands, and – when we do it right – moments in the zeitgeist
What’s a Fing Idea?
A Fing Idea is one piece of a bigger idea, the one big idea out there that belongs to us all.
Wherever there’s a design so right it has to be made, it’s there. Wherever there’s a word so perfect it has to be said, it’s there.
It’s there in the way our team shouts when we know we’ve found it, and in the way our audience smiles when they take it and run with it. That’s a Fing Idea.

The Coffeehouse
We focused on the brand proposition that Starbucks is the modern day version of the coffeehouse. Starting with music, we created Starbucks brand extensions into publishing, television, movies and new media.
Music
With Blue Note, Starbucks Music began. Initially a homegrown effort in Seattle stores, we saw an opportunity to curate the sound of Starbucks into it’s own record label.


DNA
The goal was try new things, see what worked, see what stuck, learn from what didn’t, and keep going. More than anything else, that ethos expressed a core part of the Starbucks DNA, and is one reason why the company is the success it is today.
Zipadedu

THE CHALLENGE
Before kids can write they draw. Which means parents are hanging the opening chapter in the story of their child’s life on the fridge. But day in and day out, kids create a huge amount of art. Parents can’t keep up. Multiply that by over 60 million kids in the U.S. and pretty soon we’re gonna run out of refrigerators
THE SOLUTION
Zipadedu solves our looming refrigerator shortage. Hooray! But if we say anything more, we’ll be giving away the store.
